Facilities & Maintenance

Janitorial.  General janitorial services are provided for our office buildings and common areas in village retail. Our janitorial services, provided by Action Cleaning, take place after hours and on a rotating schedule.

Landscape. Talbot Group maintains high standards for care and aesthetic in and around the village. Our landscape maintenance is supervised by our facilities team and contracted to locally owned and operated PNW Tree and Landscape. It anything appears out of place or needs attention please contact facilities@talbotgroup.com.

Emergency Contact.  In case of emergency call our general line at 360-671-6450 and leave a message. Messages go directly to our facilities team. Facilities emergencies include but are not limited to severe property damage, flooding, and security issues. Note: emergency security issues should start with a 911 call and follow-up with our village security and facilities team.
